The Big Move

I’ve been slowly working on the “big move” back to blogger.  It is a huge pain because I’m going to have to manually move all 60 posts over, but I think it will be worth it!  Feel free to check it out for a sneak peak!  You’ll notice a few changes right off hand.  You can also go ahead and sign up to follow by email!  I hope to be posting from there on Monday!  I’m also working on a Facebook page for the blog so I can easily connect with my readers and other bloggers!

I don’t know about you guys, but I’m sure delighted that it is Friday.  It has been a rough week here!  I don’t have a ton on the docket for the weekend.  I am going to a wedding shower for my sweet friend at work on Sunday.  It is at one of my favorite places in town and I’m super excited!  Other than that, I’ve got a few projects I’d like to do, including making a cover for Miley and Maddy’s bed, painting the front room (didn’t get that done last week), working on my blog, and of course, practicing with my camera!  I’ve been begging Mr. Charming to go to the zoo with me to shoot some animal shots (I’m not sure my zoom is big enough for that, but it seems like a place to get some fun photos), but he hasn’t given in yet.  This may be a good reason to go back to San Diego soon- the zoo there is supposed to be awesome!  I thought about going up to this place where little kids play in a fountain surrounded by cool palm trees, but then I thought people might think it was creepy that I was taking pictures of their kids! ha!

Has anyone seen anything good on Pinterest lately?  I saw a nursery this week that I thought was really unique.  At first I didn’t know if I liked it, but after looking at a larger picture, I began to appreciate all the details and the great mix of colors and patterns!  This would definitely be a fun and stimulating room for a baby!  I really love the gray crib!  The mobile reminds me of when we had to make solar system mobiles back in junior high!  What do you think?
